Our goal is to help players, we're not just here to be tightasses and stop fun.
If somebody doesn't understand that they've done something wrong, explain it, and warn, do not ban or kick. 


Super-Administrators

  • The highest rank of staff, and the deciders of everything.
  • We vote to make all rules and to make a decision on who should be staff.
  • All questions for rules that are not written or reports of admin abuse can be taken to supers if you don't want to post them.


Head-Administrators

  • Head-Administrators actively run the staff and should be listened to. 
  • Can ban permanently.
  • Lowest rank who can give permission for bans to admins and mods.
  • You're expected to train new staff members.

Administrators

  • The main job for admins is to deal with issues that require going to the user.
  • You may ban for up to a month but must get permission to ban for more than 2 weeks.
  • Always help mods, it's your job to help Head-Administrators train them.


Moderators

  • Your main job is to handle sits.
  • You shouldn't need to go to any users, instead ask an admin to help you.
  • You may ban for up to 2 weeks but must ask permission of a Head-Administrator for permission to ban for more than 1 week.

Always be polite, and professional, and never abuse, or face demotion.
